BASKING RIDGE, NJ -- The award-winning Ridge High School Drama Club will present its fall production of the Shakespearean comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream the third weekend of November.

A Midsummer Night's Dream tells the story of a lover’s quarrel, a forbidden love, a fairy kingdom, and a “play within a play” interwoven by one mischievous fairy’s dream. The production, directed by Martha Harvey and co-produced with Barbara Retzko, involves more than 90 students ranging from freshmen to seniors.
The stage and tech crew are led by Jason Stewart and Dallas Harvey to help encompass the magical elements of the show. Lacie Wolfe and Seana Benz along with the rest of the costume crew bring the cast out of modern times and into a magical world. This year, Broadway conductor and Yankees organist Ed Alstrom joins the team directing all musical elements in the story, all centering around one bizarre dream.
