BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ -- The Bernards Township Republican Municipal Committee (BTRMC) will screen prospective candidates in March who are interested in carrying the committee's endorsement to run for one seat on the Bernards Township Committee.

“The Bernards Township Republican Municipal Committee welcomes any Republican that lives in town and is interested to serve on the Township Committee to participate in our March screening meeting.  At this meeting the committee will look to endorse one candidate who will have the Committee’s support during the 2019 election cycle.” said BTRMC chairman Richard Bianchi. “In addition, we invite all local Republicans to attend the meeting and get a first hand look at those that hope to serve our town.”

The screening for the committee’s endorsement will be held at the Liberty Corner Firehouse beginning at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 18.
