BERNARDS TWP., NJ _ With an active 2019 municipal road reconstruction program continuing into the fall, the township has scheduled road reconstruction to continue next Monday, Oct. 21, on all of Radel Place and on Goltra Drive between Harrison Brook Drive and Lyons Road. 

Absolutely no vehicular traffic will be allowed on Radel Place and on that section of Goltra Drive between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday, with the exception of emergency vehicles if necessary.

On-street parking prohibited all day

Between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, all on-street parking will also prohibited on that section of Goltra Drive, and on and Radel Place. Residents should make alternate parking arrangements on Harrison Brook Drive, the township advised.

Motorists driving through these areas might encounter loose gravel and/or raised manholes, the township said.

Crews to continue on stormwater infrastructure work on Deer Creek Drive

Construction work also will continue on Deer Creek Drive. Crews will continue stormwater infrastructure repairs. However, no roadway or driveway access will be restricted due to this project.

Motorists are reminded to follow all posted signs/detours, and to use caution while driving through all construction work areas.
