BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ -- The Somerset County Department of Health reported a total of 3,682 coronavirus cases on Friday, an increase of 13 overnight.
The addition of 13 cases across the county is the smallest one-day increase in Somerset County since March 21, when testing was not nearly as widely available as it is currently.
There are 217 cases in Bernards Township, with one new case reported overnight.
Statewide, there is a total of 143,905 cases, an increase of 1,201 overnight, with 10,138 deaths reported, according to the State Department of Health. Friday is the 10th consecutive day that the daily total of new COVID-19 cases in the state has been under 2,000.
