Ridge Runner Jackson Barna Paces NJ in 3200m Race

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Jackson Barna, a junior at Ridge High School, ran a record-breaking time Friday in the Ridge Twilight Meet.

Barna's time of 9:00.19 in the 3200-meter run was the fastest time in the state this season and a new school record. His time was more than 20 seconds faster than the school's previous record in the event.
