BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Ridge baseball team scored seven runs in the second inning and went on to an 8-3 victory over West Morris Thursday afternoon.

Andrew Lusardi hit a grand slam to highlight the seven-run second inning that gave Ridge (4-0) an 8-0 lead. Brandon Hylton also hit a home run for the Red Devils, who got a two-run single from Ryan Gogerty and an RBI double from Sean Spina.

Winning pitcher Justin Pavlik allowed two hits and two runs in four innings. He struck out five and walked four. Jack Love got the save with three innings of two-hit pitching. Love allowed one run, struck out three and walked one.
