MONTGOMERY, NJ -- Caroline McEnroe's comeback appears to be complete.

The senior striker, who missed her sophomore season and part of her junior year recovering from a knee injury, scored four goals to lead Ridge to a 5-1 girls soccer victory over Montgomery on opening day Tuesday.

Ridge led, 1-0, before erupting for four goals in the second half to pull away. Junior Abigail McCrea scored the other goal and assisted on two of McEnroe's goals.

Payton Uhrig, Zoey Mitzner and Heather Cortese each contributed one assist for the Red Devils, who outshot Montgomery, 15-5. Olivia Pikiell made four saves for Ridge.
