FLEMINGTON, NJ -- Tyler Ebeling's goal with 21 seconds left in the third period enabled Ridge to finish in a 2-2 tie with Hunterdon Central in ice hockey on Saturday night.
Ebeling also supplied the assist on Erik Helgeson's goal in the second period, when Ridge (4-0-2) came back from a 1-0 deficit after Hunterdon Central had scored in the opening period.
Marcus Fabiunke of Ridge saved 25 out of 27 shots.
On Friday, Ridge defeated Bernards, 8-0. Ebeling had a goal and two assists and Will Smith finished with three assists in that game for Ridge, which got goals from eight different players. Reese Judson, Eric Schubert, Matt Balzarotti, Helgeson, John Giuliano, Nick DelGaizo and Grant Loges scored in addition Ebeling.
