TOMS RIVER, NJ -- The Ridge High School girls indoor track team tied for the NJSIAA Group 4 State Relay championship Sunday at Toms River North High School.

Ridge and Kingsway each took a share of first place in the Group 4 team standings.

Ridge finished in the top five in four different relay events: the distance medley relay (2), the 4x400m (3), sprint medley relay (4) and 4x800m (5).

Additionally, the Red Devils were represented by a fifth-place finish by Leila Cheo-Isaacs in the pole vault (9-06) and sixth place by Sarah Castronovo in the same event (9-00); and a 10th-place finish in the high jump by Jennifer Hodges (5-00).

Maura Mendenilla, Lily Lorio and Natalie Pardo were other Ridge girls who competed in the Group 4 meet.
