Bayonne Walmart Supercenter Remodel Focuses on Convenience, Customer Service


Bayonne residents will get their first look at the newly remodeled Walmart Supercenter at 500 Bayonne Crossing Way on Friday, August 4, as the much anticipated project is completed. A grand reopening ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 8 a.m.

Customers will enjoy the following store improvements:

  • Enhanced baby department with strollers at floor level

  • State-of-the-art electronics department with interactive displays

  • Updated produce and bakery departments including energy saving LED lights

  • Expanded grocery department

  • Walmart Pickup conveniently located near front of the store

  • Easier to navigate: improved store flow, wider aisles, lower fixtures for better line of sight

“This remodel, along with our everyday low prices, represents our continued investment in Bayonne,” said Store Manager Milton Valentin. “Listening to customers and incorporating the products they want is what it means to be a store of the community.”
