Bayonne Woman Charged with Narcotics Offenses


BAYONNE, NJ – A Broadway woman was arrested last Thursday and charged with three narcotics-related offenses, a Bayonne Police Department official said.

Kim E. Rolon, 50, was taken into custody on East 16th Street at 4:49 p.m. for allegedly driving under the influence of heroin, according to Bayonne Police Capt. Janine Foy. Rolon was also allegedly found to be in the possession of empty glassine bags commonly used to package heroin.

She was charged with driving while under the influence, driving while under the influence in a school zone (All Saints Catholic Academy) and possession of narcotic paraphernalia, police said.

Rolon was released on a summons.
