BAYONNE, NJ -- Bayonne broke it open in the second quarter and rolled to a 72-43 girls basketball victory over Lincoln High School on Tuesday.
Makoye Diawara collected 19 points, 10 rebounds and four steals for the Bees (13-2), who outscored Lincoln, 23-5, in the second quarter to take a 44-15 halftime lead.
Logine Moustafa scored 15 points, Eniya Scott had 13 points, seven assists and seven rebounds, and Mary Grace Lavin totaled 10 points and four boards for Bayonne.
