BAYONNE, NJ - There was no happy meal for a 13-year-old Bayonne boy who told police he was assaulted by four unknown males outside the McDonald's on Broadway Friday.

According to Lt. Eric Amato, the incident took place just before 9:00 p.m. when the victim was first confronted inside the store. When he refused to turn his drink over to the first suspect the male is said to have slapped it out of the boy’s hand.

The victim said he then exited the restaurant and once outside was again confronted by the unknown male, and an additional three males. All actors proceeded to punch the victim, he said, before throwing his cell phone against a wall, causing it to break.
