BAYONNE, NJ- The Bayonne Free Public Library has announced the launch of two new programs to attract additional visitors to the space.
According to Mayor Jimmy Davis and Library Director JP Porcaro, both beginners and experienced crocheters are welcome to join the new crochet club set instructed by Debbie Vallese, set to meet every Tuesday, except holidays, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the new Board Room. Participants should bring their own yarn and needles.
“Legos in the Library,” will meet on Mondays, except holidays, in the Children’s room. Lego bins will be available for open play by from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. for children ages 2-5 and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for children ages 6-10. Parents must be present and children are encouraged to bring their imaginations!
No registration or fees are required for either program.
The library is located at 31st Street and Avenue C.
