BAYONNE, NJ - Bayonne Public Schools students may be too young to remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001, but thanks to a recent workshop and tour of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum in New York City that teachers participated in during a recent In-Service Day the memories of those lost, and lessons learned will never be forgotten.

When the tragedy first happened, Mayor Jimmy Davis said at the city's annual memorial service in 2019, "we said we would never forget the victims of this cowardly act,”

“On that day, everyone was an American, and it is up to us to keep their memory alive.”
