BAYONNE, NJ - A Jersey City man accused in a pair of criminal incidents in Bayonne was taken into custody Wednesday at the Hudson County Superior Court.

According to Lt. Eric Amato, Michael White, 46, is accused of committing a burglary at the Dunkin Donuts located at 4 North Street on April 22. In that incident, a witness reported seeing a man inside the store, as well as a pried open rear door after closing hours. While no suspect was found at the scene police observed the store to be in “disarray” and surveillance footage from a video showed that the registers were pried open and their contents removed. An ATM inside the store was also damaged.

White was later accused of stealing a 2007 Ford F-250 pickup truck, later recovered in New York City, on June 26.
