BAYONNE, NJ - Two Jersey City men were arrested Tuesday after allegedly attempting to steal five smart phones from Wal Mart.

According to Lt. Eric Amato, Alexander V. Pham, 31, and Rovi R. Sese were observed using a device to remove security tags from the unopened phones and then attempting to conceal them in motor oil boxes they took off a store shelf.
