BAYONNE, NJ - A 58-year-old Brooklyn man that was refused service at McDonalds for not wearing a face covering was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct Thursday.

According to Captain Eric Amato, the manager at McDonald’s reported that Noel Villot was “behaving erratically” and refused to leave the restaurant. He allegedly began yelling obscenities at the officers and employees, causing patrons to become alarmed and was taken into custody after refusing the officers’ commands to cease his tumultuous behavior.
