BAYONNE, NJ -- The Bayonne girls basketball team handed Secaucus just its second loss all season with a 69-47 decision on Monday.

Sophomore guard Eniya Scott finished with 15 points, eight assists, six rebounds and three steals for Bayonne (12-2), which outscored Secaucus, 22-5, in the second quarter to take a 36-11 lead at halftime.

Makoya Diawara collected 12 points, 15 rebounds and two assists, and Christina Centeno had 11 points and sank three 3-pointers for the Bees, who had a 34-point lead after three quarters. Secaucus has a 10-2 record.
