BASKING RIDGE, NJ -- The Bayonne High School girls basketball team stayed undefeated with a 60-55 overtime victory over Westfield on Saturday in the second round of the Len Sepanak Tournament at Ridge High School.

Senior center Makoye Diawara finished with 26 points and 22 rebounds for Bayonne (5-0), which led, 36-28, after three quarters before Westfield rallied.

Erin Scott had 21 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals for the Bees, who will play either host team Ridge or Hunterdon Central in the tournament final Monday night. Bayonne had defeated Pingry, 61-37, in the first round on Friday. Diawara totaled 24 points and 17 rebounds in that game.
