WEST ORANGE, NJ — Kessler Foundation is currently seeking individuals in New Jersey with spinal cord injuries to participate in a new research study.
The study's purpose is to identify ways of enhancing the use of assistive technology for individuals with spinal cord injuries who live and work in New Jersey, according to John O'Neill, principal investigator in spinal cord injury research.
Volunteers will be asked to complete an online evaluation, which will be used to determine whether using enhanced assistive technology in the workplace could be beneficial. An assistive technology expert would conduct a follow-up assessment at a participant's place of employment and recommend improvements.
Individuals who complete the evaluation would receive a $25 for their time. For more information, call 973-243-6812 or email ResearchStudies@KesslerFoundation.org. Click here to view the flier on the study.
