Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from May 2 through May 23.

BELMAR

Jessica Franco, 27, of Lakewood was arrested on May 2 on Main Street by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Robert Reedy, 60, of Wall was arrested on May 3 on Main Street by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Vincent Mesce, 30, of Wayne was charged with driving while under the influence after his arrest on May 4 on 16th Avenue by Sgt. Todd Lee.

John Cameron, 28, of Belmar was arrested on May 5 on 16th Avenue by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell, charged with distributing heroin/cocaine, possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS), two counts of possession of marijuana, use/influence of CDS, and use or possession with intent to use.

Alan Gartner, 55, of Belmar was charged with disorderly conduct after his May 7 arrest by Detective Michael Yee on 16th Avenue.

Alex Green, 23, of Lakewood was arrested on May 8on 16th Avenue by Detective Michael Yee, charged with use/influence of controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of CDS and use or possession with intent to use.

Karina Morales, 39, of Asbury Park was charged with disorderly conduct after her May 5 arrest on 15th Avenue by Police Officer Brian Poppert.

Sam Lospinoso, 55, of Lake Como was arrested on May 10 on Main Street by Police Officer Brian Poppert, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Steven Sokol, 54, of Belmar was arrested on May 11 on 17th Avenue by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with criminal mischief.

David Meehan, 20, of Belmar was charged with use/influence of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and use or possession with intent to use after his May 11 arrest on 13th Avenue by Detective John Mahoney.

Kyle DiBenedetto, 21, of Belmar was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS), use/influence of CDS and use or possession with intent to use after his May 11 arrest on 13th Avenue by Detective John Mahoney.

Alan Gartner, 55, of Belmar was charged with disorderly conduct after his May 14 arrest by Police Officer Ryan Nolan on 11th Avenue.

Alexis Leonard, 27, of Jersey City was arrested on May 15 on Ocean Avenue by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.

Brittany Couto, 23, of Wall was arrested on May 16 on 13th Avenue by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Tyler Gabriel, 22, of Middletown was charged with possession of marijuana, and use/influence of controlled dangerous substance, following his arrest on May 16 on 10th Avenue by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell.

Michael Confuorto, 22 of Hillsborough was arrested on May 17 on 15th Avenue by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Carmen Sorice, 21 of the Colonia section of Woodbridge was charged with disorderly conduct after being arrested on May 17 on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko.

Steven Yard, 25, of Manasquan was arrested on May 18 on Main Street by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Jessica Booth, 28, of Orange, was arrested on May 18 on Main Street by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Alan Gartner, 55, of Belmar was charged with disorderly conduct after his May 18 arrest by Sgt. Todd Lee on Main Street.

Carl Monteleone, 25, of Staten Island was arrested on May 21 on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Lee, charged with disorderly conduct.

Robert Dunigan, 21, of Tinton Falls was charged with defiant trespass, and threat or use of force against law enforcement after his May 22 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Erik Lieb.

Joseph Grogan, 34, of the Forked River section of Lacey was charged with defiant trespass after his May 22 arrest by Detective John Mahoney on Main Street.

Alan Gartner, 55, of Belmar was arrested on May 22 on Main Street by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with disorderly conduct.

Sandra Shaw, 56, of Belmar was arrested on May 22 on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

LAKE COMO

Jessica Sarian, 31, of Lake Como, was arrested on May 4 on 18th Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with contempt for an outstanding warrant.

Mark Forelius 51, of Lake Como was arrested on May 5 on 18th Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with simple assault.

Natquan Johnson, 22, of Tinton Falls was charged with distributing drugs on school property, manufacturing/distributing (or intent of) controlled dangerous substance and possession of marijuana after his May 5 arrest on 17th Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Brianna Ciccarelli, 19, of Wall was charged with distributing drugs on school property, manufacturing/distributing (or intent of) controlled dangerous substance and possession of marijuana after her May 8 arrest on 17th Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

James Harrington Jr., 28 of Neptune was arrested on May 17 on 18th Avenue by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly, charged with simple assault.

Peter Deleonibus, 22, of Freehold was charged with defiant trespass after being arrested on May 20 on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Peter Speakman.

Thomas Rooney, 21, of Avon-by-the-Sea was arrested on May 23 on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Brian Poppert on charges of defiant trespass.

John O’Donnell, 22, of Middletown was arrested on May 23 on 16th Avenue by P by Police Officer Peter Speakman on charges of defiant trespass.
