Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from August 16, 2017 through August 31, 2017.

BELMAR

Christopher Khater, 24, of the Somerset section of Franklin was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 16 by Special Officer Thomas Bowden, charged with disorderly conduct.

Robert Luterzo, 21, of Wayne was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 16 by Special Officer Daniel Wendel, charged with obstruction.

Avry Griffin, 21 of Long Branch was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 16 by Special Officer Ryan Stapleton, charged with disorderly conduct.

Paul Mekhail, 23 of East Brunswick was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 16 by Special Officer Lawrence Kelly, charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and interference of business.

Elice Manansala, 29, of Little Ferry was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault after her August 16 arrest on Main Street by Special Officer David Burke.

Joshua Massey, 41, of Phillipsburg was arrested on Eighth Avenue on August 16 by Special Officer Charles Weinkofsky, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license or registration.

Jorge Santiago, 25, of Philadelphia was arrested on 11th Avenue on August 19 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use, being a fugitive from justice and obstruction.

Mitchell Brown Jr., 23, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with obstruction after his August 20 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr.

Kevin Garcia, 23, of Nutley was arrested on 18th Avenue on August 20 by Special Officer Andrew Caferra, charged with disorderly conduct.

Ezra Mochon, 20 of Brooklyn was arrested on Route 35 on August 20 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with disorderly conduct.

Tyler Piantanida, 21, of Tinton Falls was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 20 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer James Burdick.

Kyle Tuminski, 24, of Staten Island was charged with defiant trespass after his August 20 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr.

Nichole Kiamie, 26, of Cranford was arrested on 19th Avenue on August 21 by Special Officer Charles Weinkofsky, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, use or under the influence of CDS, and use of possession with intent to use.

Melissa Gonzalez, 32, of Linden was arrested on 19th Avenue on August 21 by Special Officer Charles Weinkofsky, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, use or under the influence of CDS, and distribution or intent to distribute.

Abraham Mendoza, 21 of Perth Amboy was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 22 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Jopseh Vojtko.

Joseph Pawlak, 36, of Neptune was arrested on Main Street on August 23 by Special Officer Dane Richards, charged with disorderly conduct, threat of use of force against law enforcement.

Jeffrey Alvarez, 25, of Bridgewater was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 23 by Special Officer Daniel Sullvan, charged with receiving stolen property.

John Cummins, 21, of Neptune was arrested on Marina Avenue on August 24 by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Kareen Moore, 31, of Staten Island was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 25 by Detective Special Officer Daniel Sullvan, charged with possession of marijuana.

Armando Perez, 45, of New York was arrested on 18th Avenue on August 25 by Special Officer Jopseh Vojtko, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and disorderly conduct.

Stephen Howard, 34, of Howell was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 25 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, resisting arrest and interference of business.

Christine Brady, 30, of Belmar was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition after her August 25 arrest on 11th Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Tyler Anderson, 27, of Carmel, N.Y., was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 26 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Velez, 24, of Carmel, N.Y., was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 26 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, resisting arrest and interference of business.

Anthony Bailey, 23, of South Amboy was charged with obstruction after his August 26 arrest on 14th Avenue by Special Officer James Groome.

Matthew Olivio, 21, of Clark was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 27 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Margaret Cyr-Ohngemach, 22, of Hillsborough was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 27 by Special Officer Zachary Campbell, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

David Lukens, 45, of Belmar was arrested at Dempsey Park on August 27 by Special Officer David Burke, charged with disorderly conduct.

Nagy Abdel-Nour, 48, of Bayonne was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 27 by Special Officer Kathleen Logel, charged with disorderly conduct.

Yana Malyshenko, 47, of Jersey City was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 27 by Special Officer Melissa Wines, charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and interference of business.

Santo Lafaso, 28, of Middle Village, N.Y., was arrested on 11th Avenue on August 27 by Special Officer Patrick McGill, charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use.

Monique Ercolano, 26, of Elmwood Park was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 27 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Anthony Laporta, 48, of Staten Island was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 27 by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with driving while under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to drive within a single lane, improper maintenance of lamps and improper backing or turning in street.

Jordan Chica-Intriago, 27, of Ridgefield was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 28 by Police Officer Phiip Bohrman, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, interference of business and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Mark Pendell, 54 of Red Bank was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 28 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly.

James Cohen, 22, of Freehold was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 31 by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with disorderly conduct.

Rafael Colon, 24, of the Bronx was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 16 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Michael Von-Ohlen, 23 of the Somerset section of Franklin, was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 16 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Joshua Giordano, 25, of Slidell, La., was arrested on Green Street on August 19 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Neda Kabi, 23, of the Colonia section of Woodbridge was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 19 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with disorderly conduct.

Felipe Depaula-Rochareis, 29, of Bloomfield was arrested on Green Street on August 20 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with attempt to cause injury, disorderly conduct, interference of business, defiant trespass and resisting arrest.

Celete Beckman, 25 of Staten Island was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 20 by Special Officer Timothy Yee, charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

Constantine Knicos, 50, of Jersey City was charged with driving while under the influence after his August 21 arrest on 17th Avenue by Special Officer Edward Deweese.

Kevin Drum, 25, of Belmar was arrested on 18th Avenue on August 21by Police Officer Kevin Jones, Jr., charged with disorderly conduct.

Michelle M. Roach, 42, of Bradley Beach arrested on 16th Avenue on August 21 by Special Officer Melissa Wines, charged with defiant trespass.

Jordan Pereira, 25, of Florham Park was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 23 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with disorderly conduct, interference of business and defiant.

Zecheriah Pedrosa, 21 of Old Bridge was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 23 by Special Officer Michael Moeller, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

William Walmsley, 23 of Wayne was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obstruction and resisting arrest after his August 23 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Melissa Wines.

Richard Horrigan, 24, of Freehold was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 23 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Michael Tsiolas, 30, of Hasbrouck Heights was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest after his August 26 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Daniel Wendel.

Catherine Ebel, 30, of Lake Como was charged with simple assault after her August 26 arrest on 18th Avenue by Police Officer Anthony Steneck.

Matthew Siefried, 27, of Sea Girt was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 26 by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan, charged with disorderly conduct, threat of use of force against law enforcement.
