Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from April 1, 2018 to April 28, 2018.

BELMAR

Ryan Miles, 33, of Belmar was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his arrest on April 1 on Route 35 by Police Officer Patrick McGill.

Lisa Perrault, 49, of Long Branch was arrested on 16th Avenue on April 6 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Cody Baum, 21, of Neptune was arrested on 10th Avenue on April 6 by Sgt. Ryan Nolan, charged with use or possession with the intent to use controlled dangerous substance and with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Sara Gerlock, 27, of Belmar was arrested on Route 35 on April 7 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Ryan Miles, 33, of Belmar was charged with possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use after his arrest on Main Street on April 8 by Sgt. Gregory Desserich.

James Mitchell, 57, of Wall was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his arrest on April 9 on 14th Avenue by Police Officer Anthony Steneck.

Christopher Steward, 25, of the Parlin section of Sayreville was arrested on Route 35 on April 13 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Ryan Miles, 33, of Belmar was charged with use or possession with intent to use a controlled dangerous substance after his arrest on Route 35 on April 15 by Police Officer Patrick McGill.

Steve Parker, 45, of Highlands was arrested on Main Street on April 15 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Vernal King, 63, of Wall was arrested on Main Street on April 17 by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell, charged with possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana).

Felicia Rose, 43, of Asbury Park was arrested on Route 35 on April 17 by Police Officer Joseph Clayton, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Tiffany Armstrong, 32, of Neptune City was arrested on Main Street on April 18 by Detective John Mahoney, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Ciara Williams, 25, of Neptune, was arrested on Route 35 on April 20 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

David Ivins, 57, of Belmar was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his arrest on April 21 on 11th Avenue by Police Officer Brian Poppert.

Robert Stevenson, 71, of Red Bank was arrested on Route 35 on April 25 by Special Officer Joseph Gonnella, charged with disorderly conduct and use of force against law enforcement.

Chinonyer Osuji, 22, of Neptune was arrested on Route 35 on April 25 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with possession of marijuana, failure to given a controlled dangerous substance to police and with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Michelle Karcher, 38, of Belmar was arrested on Route 35 on April 26 by Police Officer Timothy Yee, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Brian Hitt, 33, of Ocean was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his arrest on April 28 on Route 35 by Police Officer Patrick McGill.

LAKE COMO

David Pagella, 51, of Belmar was arrested on Belmar Boulevard on April 4 by Police Officer Timothy Yee, charged with driving while under the influence, refusal to submit to breath tests, reckless driving, careless driving, resisting arrest and obstruction
