Catherine Kelly, 23, of Long Branch was arrest on Ocean Avenue on May 6 by Police Officer Kevin Jones, charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and interference with business.

Roberto Perez, 61, of Long Branch was charged with use of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with the intent to use after his arrest on Eighth Avenue on May 7 by Police Officer Peter Speakman.

Heather Drum, 29, of Neptune was arrested on Eighth Avenue on May 7 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Arisbeth Ruiz, 21, of Wall was arrested on Main Street on May 8 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Scott Whitmeyer Jr., 26, of Wall was arrested on 10th Avenue on May 9 by Sgt. Christopher Lynch, charged with use of a controlled dangerous substance and being under the influence.

Carl Carfello, 30, of Montvale was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief after this arrest on Ninth Avenue on May 11 by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly.
