Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from July 5, 2017 through July 18, 2017.

BELMAR

Ian Whitman, 22, of Bound Brook was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and interference of business after his July 5 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Stanley Sade, 24, of New Brunswick was charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and interference of business after his July 5 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Justin Citron, 24, of Pine Brook was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and disorderly conduct after his July 5 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Michael Amoruso, 24, of Voorhees was charged with defiant trespass and resisting arrest after his July 5 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Daniel Sponsler, 20, of Little Egg Harbor was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his July 7 arrest on Route 35 by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Emily Hutchinson, 18, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested on 20th Avenue on July 7 by Special Officer Zane Richards, charged with obstruction.

Hannah Royer, 19, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested on 20th Avenue on July 7 by Special Officer Ryan Stapleton, charged with obstruction.

Victor Mariano, 26, of West Orange was arrested on 15th Avenue on July 9 Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with driving while under the influence.

Erin Burke, 40, of Wall was arrested on 13th Avenue on July 11 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and use or possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to use.

David Stoia, 23, was arrested on 13th Avenue on July 12 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with use or possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to use.

Max Belko, 21 of Woodbury was charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business after his July 12 arrest on 15th Avenue by Sgt. Gregory Desserich.

Liza Koch, 52, of New York City was arrested on 11th Avenue on July 12 by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and use or possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to use.

Edwin Lorah, 22, of East Lyme, Conn., was charged with disorderly conduct after his July 15 arrest on 18th Avenue by Special Officer Matthew Edwards.

Jessica Bierman, 24, of Melville, N.Y., was charged with disorder conduct and resisting arrest after her July 15 arrest on 12th Avenue by Police Officer Anthony Steneck.

Kapriel Cholakian, 27, of Brookville, N.Y., was arrested on 12th Avenue on July 15 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with disorder conduct and resisting arrest.

Jessica Franco, 27, of Lakewood was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after her July 15 arrest on Main Street by Special Officer Joseph Gonnella.

Darasia Sims, 22, of Tinton Falls was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after her July 15 arrest at the Belmar Train Station by Special Officer Joseph Gonnella.

Sergio Garcia, 28, of East Brunswick was arrested on Surf Avenue on July 15 by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan, charged with defiant trespass.

Angelica Catani, 22, of Keyport was charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass after her July 16 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Salina Catani, 24, of Sea Bright was charged with disorderly conduct, threat or use of force against law enforcement and attempt to cause injury after her July 16 arrest on Main Street by Police Office Christopher Lynch.

Kristie Ferguson, 31, of Jackson was charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business after her July 16 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Carlos Agurto, 29, of Brooklyn was charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, resisting arrest and obstruction after his July 16 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

James Bianco, 27, of Staten Island was arrested on Ocean Avenue on July 16 by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell, charged with criminal mischief with damage.

Anthony Digiovanni, 20, of Jackson was charged with possession of marijuana after his July 17 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Daniel Wendel.

Maritza Nichols, 31, of Perth Amboy was charged with disorderly conduct after her July 17 arrest on 17th Avenue by Special Officer Melissa Wines.

Michael VanNess, 41 of Belmar was charged with disorderly conduct after his July 17 arrest on 17th Avenue by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan.

Vitaly Kazak, 30, of East Windsor was arrested on 18th Avenue on July 17 by Special Officer Patrick McGill, charged with obstruction.

Cody Baum, 20, of Neptune was arrested on Eighth Avenue on July 17 by Special Officer Edward Deweese, charged with obstruction.

Kaitlyn Majek, 23, of Scotch Plains was charged with defiant trespass after her July 17 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Special Officer Kevin Marron.

Manuel Nagera, 53, of Trenton was charged with disorderly conduct after her July 17 arrest on Eighth Avenue by Special Officer Dane Richards.

Timothy Petriccione, 23,  of Scarsdale, N.Y., was charged with defiant trespass after her July 17 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Special Officer Zachary Campbell.

Nicholas D’Addessa, 21, Staten Island was charged with defiant trespass after his July 18 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Special Officer Kevin Marron.

Matthew Delp, 22, of Wharton was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 5 by Special Officer Dane Richards, charged with defiant trespass and resisting arrest.

Anthony Dragona, 21, of Wharton was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 5 by Special Officer Ryan Calabro, charged with possession of marijuana, defiant trespass and resisting arrest.

Marcello Vricella, 23, of North Haledon was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 5 by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with defiant trespass.

Robert Troiano, 25, of North Potomac, Md., was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 5 by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with defiant trespass.

Thomas Nicolai, 22, of Port Murray was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 6 by Police Officer Christopher Lynch, charged with defiant trespass.

George Tiotine, 24, of Rockaway was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 7 by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with defiant trespass and resisting arrest.

Eric Winiarski, 21, of Lake Hopatcong was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 7 by Special Officer Lorenzo Felix, charged with defiant trespass.

Taylor Hanner, 22, of Jersey City was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 7 by Special Officer Zachary Campbell, charged with defiant trespass.

Justine Ward, 37, of Lake Como was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after her July 8 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr.

Farrah Shokouhi, 23, of Kinnelon was arrested on 19th Avenue on July 9 by Police Officer Joseph Clayton, charged with disorderly conduct.

Durim Mirzo, 23, of Cresskill was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 9 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with defiant trespass.

Boris Beltran, 37, of Allenhurst was arrested on 17th Avenue on July 10 by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan, charged with defiant trespass.

James Cecala, 40, of Staten Island was arrested on Main Street on July 10 by Special Officer Daniel Wendel, charged with driving while under the influence.

Kele Teel, 22, of Trenton was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 12 by Police Officer Nichole Hawkins, charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

Kyrie Holbert, 35, of Asbury Park was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 12 by Special Officer David Burke, charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

Ryan McKenna, 24, of North Bellmore, N.Y., was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 12 by Special Officer Zachary Campbell, charged with defiant trespass.

Nicholas Waszkielewicz, 25, of Monroe was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 12 by Special Officer Charles Weinkofsky, charged with defiant trespass.

Anthony Decanio, 23, of East Rockaway, N.Y., was arrested on 16th Avenue on July 12 by Special Officer Charles Weinkofsky, charged with defiant trespass.

Christopher Scerbo, 27, of Edison was charged with disorderly conduct after his July 12 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Randi Rodriguez.

Vito Pavese, 24, of Edison was charged with disorderly conduct after his July 12 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Randi Rodriguez.

Kyle Krzastek, 21, of Lyndhurst was charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business after his July 18 arrest on 16th Avenue by Detective Michael Yee.

Gerard Dunn, 21, of Manasquan was charged with defiant trespass after his July 18 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer James Groome.
