BELMAR, NJ — Owners of a business that delivers linens and other essentials to vacation homes had two special guests paying them a visit this week.

Belmar Mayor Brian Magovern and Belmar Business Partnership Trustee Thomas Burke officially welcomed Blue Cottage Linens with a ribbon-cutting held on August 8 at the South Lake Drive home of Janine LeMoult. She and business partner Andrea Springer were also joined by family members for the early-morning gathering on the home’s front porch.

This past spring, LeMoult and Springer launched the premium linen rental service for both short- and long-term vacationers. Aimed at simplifying the rental experience at the Jersey Shore, the service offers fresh custom linens, towels, other essentials and baby items that are delivered directly to a rental property and then picked up upon departure.

“The homeowner now has the opportunity to direct their renters to our website and avoid using their own personal linens at no cost to them,” LeMoult said.

For renters, their custom linen, towel and baby gear order will be delivered for their arrival date, she added.

Creating a user-friendly website for clients to place custom orders, Blue Cottage Linens currently serves Avon-by-the-Sea, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Lake Como, Manasquan, Ocean Grove, Sea Girt and Spring Lake. They will also accept orders by special request.
