OCEAN CITY, NJ — Miss Monmouth County Jade Glab of Belmar was among the top 11 contestants in the Miss Jersey Pageant last night, which saw the crowning of Jaime Gialloreto of Gloucester.
Gialloreto will now compete in the Miss America Pageant in September in Atlantic City.
Glab, 18, was among 28 contestants in the June 16 statewide pageant, which featured competition in the lifestyle and fitness swimsuit, talent and evening wear categories.
As Miss Monmouth County, Glab’s platform has been “Fit, Fun and Fabulous-Healthy Eating Habits.”
A graduate of Red Bank Regional High School, Glab completed her freshman at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, and is looking to transfer to Rutgers University where she plans to pursue a degree in finance and accounting.
