Friday is Last Day to Order ‘Show Lake Como Pride' Custom-Designed Merchandise

Here is a sampling of the custom-branded Lake Como merchandise available through its Tourism Commission.

LAKE COMO, NJ — Friday, June 30 is the last day to "show Lake Como pride" by ordering custom-branded merchandise, emblazoned with the borough’s logo.

Spearheaded by the Tourism Commission, Lake Como’s first-ever apparel sale is aimed at promoting the borough and raising funds to enhance tourism efforts.

Custom-logo’d clothing and other items that are available include T-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, twill caps, fleece hats, tote bags and beach towels. Prices range from as low as $12 for cap to $55 for a men’s zippered jacket.

Proceeds generated from the sale are being earmarked for such tourism activities as Lake Como Day, slated this year for Saturday, September 30, and the Holiday Decorating Contest, as well as to launch new ways to bring visitors into town.
