FREEHOLD, NJ — Free coronavirus testing is available to all Monmouth County residents at six locations through mid-October.
Testing will be conducted on specific dates and times in Asbury Park, Freehold Borough, Keansburg, Neptune, Long Branch and Red Bank. (See poster above or click here.)
Appointments are not necessary to be tested. Residents can walk up during open hours and a health professional will conduct the test — whether they are symptomatic or not — which consists of a nasal or oral swab.
All residents who are tested must provide their contact information to receive their test results. The Monmouth County Health Department will conduct contact tracing for residents who test positive.
There will be 100 tests available per day at each location, and once those tests are administered, the clinic will close.
The county has partnered with the Grunin Foundation of Red Bank to offer the free testing.
