BELMAR, NJ — Beauty will take several different forms in the offerings at today's Pop-Up Artisan MarketPlace at Serenity by the Sea Too, located at 1004 Main Street.

Noreen Franco and Maribel Caragiulo of J&N Soto Designs gives old, used objects new life by crafting them into one-of-a-kind home décor items, including decoupage bottles and vases, papier-mache eggs just in time for Easter and multimedia canvas art.
