BELMAR, NJ — Noreen Franco of J&N Soto Designs brings the intricately detailed beauty of decoupage to Serenity by the Sea Too today, July 26.
From 2 to 7 p.m., she will showcase her extensive collection of one-of-a-kind pieces, including bottles, vases and other home décor items — many crafted from recycled items at the gift galleria, 1004 Main Street.
Featuring a different roster of local vendors and artists “popping up,” Serenity by the Sea Too’s Pop Up Artisan MarketPlace is your go-to destination for unique items for everyone on your gift list — whether it’s for a holiday, birthday, anniversary or “just because.”
Local vendors showcase their merchandise, which spans the spectrum — from unique handcrafted items and clothing lines, to tasty treats and personal care products — as well as vintage finds and other tantalizing treasures.
