BELMAR, NJ — Looking to bring in spring with a splash of sparkle and shine? Serenity by the Sea Too will be blooming today, March 24, with a host of offerings for you or your home, or someone on your Easter gift list.

Here is a look at the vendors to be featured at its Pop-up Artisan Marketplace, located at 1004 Main Street.

Noreen Franco of J&N Soto Designs will showcase her extensive collection of one-of-a-kind home décor items, including decoupage bottles and vases, canvas art and papier-mache eggs — just in time for Easter.  She gives old, used objects new life by crafting them into so many different intricately detailed pieces, including a new line of mermaid items.

Speaking of these sirens of the sea, Angela Lim of Small Blessings High Style Boutique is back with her jewelry collection etched with messages of the sand and surf, as well as her wide assortment of glistening pieces that offer inspiration and encouragement.

Paparazzi’s Jaime Quiros brings her collection of “gotta have” bling — jewelry and accessories all priced at $5 with new styles always being added. Making people looking like a million without breaking the bank is what she does best.

Kim Ronan of Usborne Books & More is opening a dazzling world of possibilities for children through reading. Billed as being the most exciting, engaging and educational books on the market today, these books also focus on helping children learn and foster the love of reading by keeping them engaged in the stories and encouraging lots of hands-on fun.

Featuring a different roster of local vendors and artists “popping up” every weekend, Serenity by the Sea Too’s Pop Up Artisan MarketPlace is your go-to destination for unique items for everyone on your gift list — whether it’s for a holiday, birthday, anniversary or “just because.”

Beginning at 10 a.m., local vendors showcase their merchandise, which spans the spectrum — from unique handcrafted items and clothing lines, to tasty treats and personal care products — as well as vintage finds and other tantalizing treasures.

The Pop Up Artisan MarketPlace is located at Serenity by the Sea Too, 1004 Main Street, directly across from Surf Taco between 10th and 11th Avenues, Belmar.

One Confirmed Case of E. Coli in Monmouth County Linked to Chopped Romaine Lettuce

TRENTON, NJ — Chopped romaine lettuce grown in Arizona is likely the source of an E. coli outbreak that has sickened at least seven New Jersey residents, including one in Monmouth County, according to federal and state health officials.
