LITTLE FALLS, NJ — Altice USA’s News 12+, a television news broadcast channel available on cable systems throughout the tristate area, has added TAPintoTV to its programming schedule. The weekly TAPintoTV program, which airs Sundays at 11 a.m., will feature topical news and lifestyle segments, reaching more than 3 million viewers that comprise the News 12+ audience.

“An expansion of TAPintoTV.net, which is currently distributed over 41 affiliate news sites within the TAPinto online network, is a perfect fit for News 12+,” says Brian Brodeur, founder and president of East Main Media, which produces TAPintoTV. “The human interest segments that we share with our online and mobile users will mesh seamlessly with the News 12+ brand, and will bring new and unique content to the channel’s viewers.”

TAPintoTV’s topical segments and original series programming, covering business, arts and entertainment, dining, travel and local news, will be featured within the 30-minute program each week. The show will be carried on News 12+ cable TV channels in northern/central New Jersey, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens, Long Island, parts of Connecticut, Westchester, N.Y., and Hudson Valley, N.Y.
