Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from September 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017.

BELMAR

Gregg Cananico, 48, of Keyport was arrested on 10th Avenue on September 2 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with criminal mischief.

Jessica Dudzik, 21, of Montgomery was charged with disorder conduct and interference of business after her September 2 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr.

Rosario Gaggi, 22, Staten Island was charged with disorder conduct and interference of business after his September 2 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr.

Dawn Ryder, 49, of Yorktown Heights, N.Y. was arrested on Ocean Avenue on September 2 by Police Officer Nichole Hawkins, charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Brianna Kennedy-Beal was charged with defiant trespass after her September 3 arrest on Main Street by Police Officer Daniel Wendel.

Sean McGovern, 23, of Cranford was arrested on Ocean Avenue on September 3 by Special Officer Ryan Stapleton, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Kevin Conaty, 19, of Staten Island was charged with disorderly conduct after his September 3 arrest on 17th Avenue by Special Officer Dane Richard.

Nicole Cemelli, 30, of Hoboken was arrested on 18th Avenue on September 3 by Special Officer Kathleen Logel, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Jason Talanquines, 28, of Staten Island was charged with disorder conduct and interference of business after his September 4 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Det. Michael Yee.

Ron Rodrigues, 28, of Linden was arrested on 18th Avenue on September 4 by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Jeffrey Annese, 29, of Fanwood was arrested on Ocean Avenue on September 4 by Special Officer Timothy Yee, charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction.

Joseph Cappucciana III, 27, of Kearny was arrested on 10th Avenue on September 4 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use.

Gabriel Guevara, 28, of Queens Village, N.Y. was charged with disorder conduct and interference of business after his September 5 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Paul Kleinau, 24, of Staten Island was arrested on 13th Avenue on September 6 by Police Officer Michael Allen, charged with possession of marijuana.

Kristina Bruno, 23, of Staten Island was arrested on Ocean Avenue on September 6 by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with theft of unlawful taking or disposition.

Kenneth M. Furman, 22, of Brick was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his September 8 arrest on Main Street by Sgt. Todd Lee.

Alan Gartner, 56, of Belmar was arrested at the Belmar Train Station on September 8 by Police Officer Brian Poppert, charged with disorderly conduct.

Chardel Holman, 33, of Toms River was arrested on 16th Avenue on September 10 by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with disorderly conduct.

Thomas Whitley, 28, of Lakewood was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his September 11 arrest on Main Street by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

David Braden, 38, of Belmar was arrested on 14th Avenue on September 11 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with attempt to cause injury and criminal injury.

Roberto Delrio, 24, of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., was arrested on Ocean Avenue on September 11 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with disorder conduct, threat or use of force against law enforcement, interference of business and defiant trespass.

James Harrington, 29, of Neptune Township was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his September 15 arrest on Main Street by Special Officer Matthew Edwards.

Stavros Dallaportas, 46, of Belmar was arrested on 18th Avenue on September 16 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with simple assault.

Neal Blake, 24, of Neptune was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his September 17 arrest on Route 35 by Special Officer Kevin Marron.

Tyshaun Bolden, 36, of Wall was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after his September 22 arrest on Main Street by Police Officer Joseph Clayton.

Darlene Hall, 46, of Belmar was arrested at Belmar Train Station on September 23 by Police Officer Corey Whitman, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Jessica McBride, 19, of Belmar was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition after her September 24 arrest on 12th Avenue by Police Officer Erik Lieb.

Alan Gartner, 56, of Belmar was arrested at the Belmar Train Station on September 25 by Special Officer Timothy Yee, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

Sheridan Burke, 25, of Belmar was arrested on Route 35 on September 25 by Sgt. Ryan Nolan, charged with simple assault.

Kim Lelchuk, 66, of Eatontown was arrested at the Belmar Marina on September 30 by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.

LAKE COMO

Matthew Maclellan, 34, of Brielle was arrested on 16th Avenue on September 1 by Sgt. Christopher Lynch, charged with disorderly conduct.

Alex Kaslander, 21, of Verona was arrested on 16th Avenue on September 2 by Police Officer Peter Speakman, charged with disorderly conduct.

Rhea Stuart, 33, of Bethel, Conn., was arrested on 16th Avenue on September 2 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business

Christopher Steward, 24, of the Parlin section of Sayreville was charged with defiant trespass after his September 3 arrest on 16th Avenue by Sgt. Ryan Nolan.

Ronda Courtaway, 44, of Lake Como was arrested on Parkway on September 4 by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Edwin Gomez, 41, of Belmar was charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault after his September 10 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Peter Speakman.

Christopher Marx, 27, of Spring Lake Heights was arrested on 16th Avenue on September 16 by Special Officer Kevin Marron, charged with aggravated assault.

Phyllis Johnson, 20, of Asbury Park was charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant after her September 17 arrest on E Street by Special Officer Kevin Marron.

Roseann Burns, 33, of Wall was arrested on 22nd Avenue on September 18 by Sgt. Gregory Desserich, charged with disorderly conduct.

Junior Matheo, 18, of Asbury Park was arrested on Main Street on September 21 by Police Officer Michael Allen, charged with possession of marijuana.

Charles Sicurella, 35, of Lake Como was arrested on Main Street on September 26 by Police Officer Brian Poppert, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.
