The Belmar Police Department reported a total of eight arrests — six in Belmar and two in Lake Como — from October 2, 2019 through October 27, 2019.
Mark Lawrence, 56, of Belmar was arrested on Main Street on October 2 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.
Michael Evans, 35, of Belmar was arrested at the Belmar Train Station on October 8 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
Hunter Olah, 40, of Whitesboro, N.Y., was arrested in Belmar Plaza on October 11 by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession/use/under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
David Ivins, 58, Belmar was arrested on 10th Avenue on October 15 by Sgt. Gregory Desserich, charged with disorderly conduct.
Lane Boertmann, 45, of Toms River was arrested on Route 35 on October 25 by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell, charged with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia,
Doreen Byrne, 53, of Belmar was arrested on 15th Avenue on October 27 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with theft of services, obtaining/possessing synthetic cannabinoid, resisting arrest, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
Mychael Roberts, 20, of Lake Como was arrested on 18th Avenue on October 11 by Sgt. Ryan Nolan, charged with contempt on an outstanding warrant.
Ronda Courtaway, 42, of Lake Como, was arrested on 17th Avenue on October 17 by Police Officer Patrick McGill, charged with theft of a motor vehicle and unlawful taking of means of conveyance.
