Belmar Police Department reported the following arrests occurred in Belmar and Lake Como from August 1, 2017 through August 15, 2017.

BELMAR

Amir Tillman, 25, of Brielle was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 1 by Special Officer Edward Deweese, charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction and threat of use of force against law enforcement.

Justin Talavera, 22, of Jersey City was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 2 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with defiant trespass.

Nicole Sims, 24, of Jackson was arrested on Route 35 on August 2 by Special Officer Patrick McGill, charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Marc Krichilsky, 23 of Voorhees was charged with disorderly conduct after his August 4 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Kathleen Logel.

Denise Giorno, 25, of Staten Island was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass after her August 5 arrest on 14th Avenue by Special Officer Timothy Yee.

Domantas Cincius, 18, of Spring Lake Heights was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 5 arrest on Main Street by Special Officer Joseph Vojtko.

Nicole Sims, 24, of Jackson was arrested on Route 35 on August 2 by Special Officer Patrick McGill, charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Edward Aldycki, 27, of Highland Park was arrested at Dempsey Park on August 6 by Police Officer Joseph Clayton, charged with simple assault.

Russell Clapham, 37, of Pinelles Park, Fla., was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 6 by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Jessica Palmer, 22 of Monroe was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 6 by Special Officer Dane Richards, charged with disorderly conduct.

Anthony Ragaglia, 23, of New York City was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 7 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and interference of business.

Timothy Terry Jr., 24, of Brick was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 7 arrest on Main Street by Sgt. John Garrecht.

Zaramok Bachok, 21, of Wayne was arrested on 13th Avenue on August 9 by Special Officer Zachary Campbell, charged with defiant trespass, obstruction and threat of use of force against law enforcement.

Jose Bautista, 22, of Long Branch was charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass after his August 9 arrest on 16th Avenue by Special Officer Kyle Pech.

Sanjit Nuguri, 22, of East Brunswick was arrested on 15th Avenue on August 9 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Dennis Cole, 47, of Wall was arrested on Main Street on August 9 by Police Officer Michael Allen, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

David Ivins, 56, of Belmar was charged with contempt for a warrant arrest after his August 10 arrest at the Belmar Train Station by Special Officer Kevin Marron.

Samuel Shanley, 27, of Chicago, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass after his August 11 arrest on Ocean Avenue by Police Officer Corey Whitman.

Michael Dambrosio, 26, of Basking Ridge was arrested on Main Street on August 13 by Special Officer Michael Moeller, charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

Ramadan Mehovic, 25, of Brooklyn was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after his August 13 arrest on 17th Avenue by Special Officer Edward Deweese.

Joseph Holt V, 22, of Staten Island was arrested on 17th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with aggravated assault.

Luke Trivelli, 22, of Staten Island was arrested on 17th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with aggravated assault.

Dominick Palladino, 21, of Staten Island was arrested on 17th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Erik Lieb, charged with aggravated assault.

Lucus Depaula, 19, of Long Branch was arrested on Ocean Avenue on August 13 by Detective Michael Yee, charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, theft of services, interference of business, misstatement of age to enter an Alcohol Beverage Control establishment.

Brielle Oswald, 26, of Freehold was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Anthony Steneck, charged with disorderly conduct.

Giselle Guerra, 29, of Morganville was charged with possession of marijuana after her August 14 arrest on 19th Avenue by Special Officer Kyle Pech.

Angel Diaz-Serrano, 18, of Asbury Park was arrested on Route 35 on August 14 by Special Officer Dane Richards, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended driver’s license, improper passing and careless driving.

Jonathan Strong, 28, of Hartford, Conn., was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 14 by Special Officer Patrick McGill, charged with driving while under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, having an open container in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended driver’s license and threat of use of force against law enforcement to cause injury.

LAKE COMO

Trevor Sullivan, 21, of Robbinsville, was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 1 by Sgt. Todd Lee, charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

Dwayne Diaz-Piazarro, 22 of the Fords section of Woodbridge was charged with criminal trespass after his August 2 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Nichole Hawkins.

Quinten Buffalino, 22, of the Oakhurst section of Ocean was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 2 by Special Officer Lorenzo Felix, charged with threat or use of force against law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Shane Clark, 25, of Belmar was arrested on Main Street on August 2 by Special Officer David Burke, charged with disorderly conduct.

Axel Palacio, 25, of Monroe was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 2 by Special Officer Daniel Sullivan, charged with threat or use of force against law enforcement, disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Jeffrey Kowal, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 2 by Sgt. Gregory Desserich, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Daniel Rabkin, 21, of Old Bridge was charged with defiant trespass after his August 2 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Nichole Hawkins.

Zachary Donnelly, 23 of Wayne was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 6 by Special Officer Kyle Pech, charged with disorderly conduct.

Jason Sumbaly, 23 of East Brunswick was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 6 by Special Officer Kevin Marron, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Michael Spiotta, 23 of Beach Haven was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 6 by Special Officer Kevin Marron, charged with disorderly conduct and interference of business.

Luis Moto-Sousa, 26, of Union was charged with defiant trespass after his August 6 arrest on 16th Avenue by Police Officer Brian Poppert.

Jessica Dow, 23, of Brick was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 8 by Special Officer Kathleen Logel, charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Douglas Herriger, 31, of Howell was arrested on 18th Avenue on August9 by Police Officer Lawrence Kelly, charged with possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use, use of handheld cell phone, operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Rhonda David, 44, of Lake Como was charged with disorderly conduct after her August 11 arrest on E Street by Police Officer Peter Speakman.

Andrea Carrere, 23, of Woodhaven was charged with defiant trespass after her August 12 arrest on 16th Avenue by Detective Lt. Michael Campbell.

Michael Schottenfield, 22, of New York City was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 12 by Sgt. Gregory Desserich, charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Robert Akes, 50, of the West Belmar section of Wall was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 12 by Special Officer Zachary Campbell, charged with defiant trespass and obstruction.

Anthony Martinato, 23, of Tarrytown, N.Y., was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Jaclyn Fiorelli, 25, of Seaside Height was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with defiant trespass.

Evan Eichhorn, 25, of Cherry Hill was arrested on 16th Avenue on August 13 by Police Officer Kevin Jones Jr., charged with defiant trespass and interference of business.

Alexander Nieliwocki, 21, of Dunellen was arrested on Green Street on August 15 by Special Officer Edward Deweese, charged with defiant trespass.

Nicholas Russomanno, 21, of West Caldwell was arrested on Green Street on August 15 by Special Officer Edward Deweese, charged with defiant trespass.
