Belmar Planning Board

The planning board hears applications for subdivisions, site plans, as well as applications for the Seaport Redevelopment and Transit Village. Homeowners within 200 feet of properties being reviewed by the planning board are notified of an application and are welcome to voice opinions, concerns or support during the public comment portion of the meeting. It is also responsible for the Belmar Master Plan.

Equine Health Alert in Monmouth County

TRENTON, NJ — A 7-year-old horse in Monmouth County is the third reported case of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), a serious, mosquito-borne illness in horses, in New Jersey for 2018.
