Noreen Franco of J&N Soto Designs gives old, used objects new life. She and her mother create one-of-kind home décor items, including decoupage bottles and vases, papier-mache eggs and multimedia canvas art.

Angela Lim of Small Blessings Boutique offers a wondrous and wide assortment of inspirational jewelry and other glistening pieces that instill the message to “be fearless, whisper words of hope, believe you can do anything ... and always, always, wear love.

Paparazzi’sTia Baranosky brings her collection of “gotta have” bling — jewelry and accessories all priced at $5 with new styles always being added. Making people looking like a million without breaking the bank is what she does best.

Shannon Spillane is with Younique, which looks to Mother Nature for the inspiration behind its full line of healthy, clean and pure cosmetics, formulated by the company’s in-house scientific team.

Featuring a different roster of local vendors and artists “popping up” every weekend, Serenity by the Sea Too’s Pop Up Artisan MarketPlace is your go-to destination for unique items for everyone on your gift list — whether it’s for a holiday, birthday, anniversary or “just because.”

Beginning at 10 a.m., local vendors showcase their merchandise, which spans the spectrum — from unique handcrafted items and clothing lines, to tasty treats and personal care products — as well as vintage finds and other tantalizing treasures.
