BELMAR, NJ — Belmar Arts Center will continue to be open during regular gallery hours, but all classes, events and shared interest groups have been canceled or postponed through April 1.

“The BAC is committed to practicing the proper precautions and protocol to help keep our community, staff and artists safe and protected from COVID-19,” according to an email on Saturday, March 14 announcing its decision. "The BAC will continue to monitor the progression of COVID-19 and will make adjustments to this plan as needed.”

Currently, the Fiber Arts Plus Show is featured in BAC’s two main galleries, and the Plein Air Exhibit is on display in the BACroom Lounge. In addition, videos of both shows will soon be posted on its website, as well as shared on TAPinto Belmar/Lake Como.
