BELMAR, NJ — Getting back on track for a healthy new you — in the brand-new year — is the focus of a free breakfast seminar to be presented by Dr. Julianne Monica on Saturday, January 12 at the Belmar Public Library.
During her 10 a.m. presentation, Dr. Monica will explore nutrition-based ways to manage chronic health issues — a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving everyday health, based on an individual’s needs.

A board-certified clinical nutritionist and chiropractic physician, Dr. Monica received the 2015 “Service Chiropractor of the Year” from the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors for her extensive contributions and teachings in the specialized area of clinical nutrition.
In addition to earning her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Arizona State University, she is a diplomate of the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition.
At her Sea Girt office, she offers nutrition and weight loss counseling, including metabolic testing.
