LAKE COMO, NJ — Lake Como’s traffic pattern has shifted into off-season mode. That means the return of two-way traffic on 17th Avenue from B Street to Main Street and New Bedford Road, and weekend parking on the southbound side of 18th Avenue from Main Street to New Bedford Road.
The one-way, stop and no parking signs that are part of the borough’s seasonal traffic flow plan were taken down on September 16. They will return on May 15, 2021 as a way to relieve congestion and increase safety on Lake Como’s busiest streets during the prime summer season.
Redmond Avenue, which is no longer part of the seasonal traffic plan, remains at all times one-way eastbound for its entire length with parking on both sides.
