Featuring food establishments, breweries, wineries and now garden centers
FREEHOLD, NJ — More than 750 food establishments, breweries and wineries in Monmouth County that are open for takeout and delivery — as well as garden centers and nurseries— are included in a comprehensive online directory compiled by the county.
“Take Out in Monmouth” which can be found at www.takeoutinmonmouth.com, provides people with a quick guide to these specific businesses that continue to operate during the coronavirus crisis.
The comprehensive listing by municipality includes direct links to the establishments themselves or a master list with contact information for each.
“These business owners are our friends, neighbors and community leaders and we owe our support to these individuals and their employees during this difficult time,” said Freeholder Director Arnone, liaison to the Divisions of Economic Development and Tourism.
So far, the online resource has had 21,000 pageviews, including 10,500 unique views from returning users.
Together, Monmouth County municipalities, local chambers and the Monmouth Divisions of Economic Development and Tourism continue to research and identify all food grocers, breweries, wineries, restaurants and garden centers that are open.
