In 2010, a small group of families in Basking Ridge were made aware of the critical need for effective programs that would allow adults with autism to lead purposeful lives after they aged out of their current school programs, resulting in a grassroots effort to create Hope Autism Foundation.

Our goal was to develop and support a replicable daily life enhancement program model to encourage adults with autism to use their capabilities, contribute to their community and lead purposeful lives. By the end of 2011, a partnership was developed with a respected service provider, Our House, Inc., and in early 2012 the program model, Hope Autism Solutions (HAS) was created and approved by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Our House, Inc. currently operates five HAS sites in Somerset, Middlesex and Union Counties respectively, serving over 100 adults with autism.

Hope Autism Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
