BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights 8U Bombers completed a successful spring softball season, capturing the Somerset Hills League 8U championship last weekend with a 15-13 victory over the Berkeley Heights 8U Heat.

The team followed-up with a nail-biting victory in the Long Hill Twister Tournament this past weekend over the Long Hill Twisters, 9-7.

The Bombers finished 10-1-1 in the Somerset Hills League, and went 4-1 to win the Long Hill Tournament -- avenging a first game Friday night loss to Long Hill with a victory in the championship game Sunday.
