BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Berkeley Heights Municipal Complex progress for the week ending September 11, 2020:

  • EPIC and their subcontractors had an average daily manpower count of 43 workers.
  • Force Concrete poured the Stair #5 steps and landings, grouted door frames, and began layout for the load bank pads.
  • EUC continued underground storm work on the south side, backfilled and compacted, placed light pole bases, and graded.
  • Top Line Paving placed curbs and sidewalks on the south side.
  • Industrial Cooling Corporation continued installation of controls and HVAC finishes, performed hydronic testing, and continued preparations for full system startup.
  • Epic Interiors hung drywall and cement board, taped and spackled, installed rest room accessories and ceiling tile, closed up hard ceilings, and raised the ceiling in the Construction Department file room to accommodate the high density filing system.
  • Mehl Electric installed lighting, security cabling and fixtures, and fire alarm wiring and devices.
  • All Ply Roofing installed DaVinci shingles and top coat on the north side.
  • Eighteen Glass continued with storefront frames and glazing, placed stairwell glass, and installed the Finance Department transaction window.
  • Artisans Showcase of Tile mounted floor and wall tile in the rest rooms. • Fine Painting continued painting on the 1st and 2nd floors.
  • Epic Millwork resumed installing chair rails, window trim, and wood base molding.
  • All American Surfaces began installation of carpeting and vinyl base.
  • Net Q continued teledata cable on the 1st floor.
