Berkeley Heights PAL Offers Free Introductory Boys Lacrosse Clinic on Wednesday, Sept. 20 and Fall Clinic Sessions

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights PAL will host a FREE introductory boys lacrosse clinic on Wednesday, September 20 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Snyder Field (baseball field outfield) for all interested NEW players in grades 1 through 8.

This will be a non-contact session, focused on the basic fundamentals of the sport. Lacrosse sticks will be provided, but it is encouraged to bring a stick if you have one.  All participants will be required to wear a mouth guard. 

You must register for the clinic so they can properly prepare for it.  Registration is available at http://www.bhpal.org.

Following the introductory clinic, a six-week clinic has been scheduled that will run from Wednesday, September 27th through Wednesday, November 1st  at Snyder Field. This clinic is open to all new and existing players of all abilities. Grades 1 to 4 will play from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the Snyder baseball field outfield. Grades 5 to 8 will play from 8  to 9:30 p.m. on the Snyder turf.

Grades 1 and 2 will be sticks only, and grades 3 to 8 will require full pads (helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, and elbow pads). All participants will be required to wear a mouth guard.  The cost of the program is $95 per child.
