The Squad will also be hosting a “Paint a Flower Pot and Plant a Flower” table at the Boy Scout’s Annual Rubber Ducky Festival on May 30 from 12 noon to  4 p.m., at Passaic River Park in Berkeley Heights. The pots and plants will be distributed to cancer patients and their families at St. Barnabas Hospital to cheer them.

Hall’s Garden Center and Florist has generously supported the Rescue Squad's fundraising project.

Relay for Life is being held on June 6-7 at the Loop Playground in the Watchung Reservation. Because of the funds raised, many people will benefit from the progress that’s being made towards finding the causes of, treatments and cures for cancer, said Toni Gestone of the BHVRS.
