Debbie Curley-Reid's Real Estate Report

Debbie Curley-Reid

We have seen 949 properties listed in our local communities since the 1st of the year and 129 have sold with an average of 8 days on the market and a Sale/List Price of 101.4%. BUYERS ARE OUT THERE!!! Homes in good condition and priced right are selling and while the frenzy of the Spring Market with multiple offers has tempered we are still seeing a good number of buyers at Open Houses in July. If you are considering a move in the near future (sometimes it takes a year of planning) let’s talk!!! I work to ensure that my sellers and buyers are the best educated in the market and I hope to work with you.
