BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Mayor Robert Woodruff was on hand at the recent Happy Hour for Health at DeFabio Chiropractic Spine and Sports Rehab on Monday to congratulate Dr. DDonald DeFabio for his years of service in Berkeley Heights and to pull the ticket for the door prize.
Before picking the winning ticket, Woodruff congratulated Dr. Donald DeFabio for his many years of service to the town. DeFabio is the host of the Mayor's Round Table show that is taped monthly. "You are a great neighbor," said Woodruff. -- "Doc has been very involved with our Communications Committee for a long time -- he has driven that entire telecast."
DeFabio and Woodruff discussed how they stay fit. Woodruff says he tries to do something everyday -- but admits, it's not easy.
The evening included lectures on the worst exercises for your lower back; rotator cuff tendinitis; the best low back exercises for people who sit all day; and the DeFabio difference in fixing text neck.
Maria Deluca was the winner of the Fitbit door prize.
